Role Details –

· £11.80 per hour.

. Bonus - 25% Bonus Potential ( Pro Rata)

· 24 to 40-hour contract

· Based from home, store if space permits or Marlow HO

Job Description – Recruitment Consultant

Reports into: Head of People & Culture

Role Summary:

The Recruitment Consultant is accountable for delivering PRS& Samsung goals, through alignment with the PRS& Samsung brand and ethos, inspiring inspirational customer service, operational compliance and execution while having an unswerving desire to introduce Samsung products that enrich customers connected lives through unrivalled interactions.

Core Responsibilities Include:

· Recruitment of high spec candidates for a variety of roles across the business

· Records management for all current and historic vacancies

· Continually updating recruitment collateral to ensure it is current and fit for purpose

· Delivery of a top quality service to both candidates and clients

· Repeatedly refreshing contracts with third party suppliers to ensure we are getting value for money from all recruitment platforms in use

· Recruitment to other companies specifications as/when required

· Networking to build business information that can be converted into a commercial opportunity

Evidencable Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• High levels of organisation are required, to juggle multiple vacancies at once

• Communication and influencing skills that reflect the strong brand image the company seeks to build

• Passionate about people – from customers to stakeholders

• The ability to prioritise project workloads

• The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances

• Previous experience is ideal but not essential

Deliverables

· Vetting CV’s

· Conducting telephone interviews

· Assisting with face-to-face interviews where required

· Facilitating assessment centres for the store estate

· Sending out offer letters to candidates

· Negotiating salaries where required

· Ensuring SLA’s are adhered to by escalating non compliance correctly
